What forms of payment do we accept?

Does MDAI Research offer same day shipping?

Yes. As long as your order was placed Monday through Friday (non-holidays) by 2:00 pm Eastern Standard Time, we will ship your package the same day. If you placed your order after 2:00 pm EST or on a weekend/holiday, it will ship the very next business day.

Please Note: All Orders We Ship will show the Shipped From Name: M-R Shipping Dept. on the shipping label.

What days does MDAI Research ship?

We ship out Monday through Friday excluding all holidays. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.

When can I expect to receive my package?

Your exact delivery date depends on both the shipping option that you chose when completing your purchase and what time of day your order is placed. If you place your order after 2pm EST Monday-Friday, you should count the next business day as the first day of shipping transit time. Please see the shipping guide below to estimate the delivery date of your package.

  • FedEx Second Day Air - $20.00/ Delivery is 2 business days by 4:30 pm to most business locations; by 7 pm for residences. Delivery is Monday through Friday. Please note that an order shipped on Thursday will be delivered Monday.
  • FedEx Priority Overnight - $35.00/ Overnight Next business-day delivery by 10:30 a.m. to most U.S. addresses; by noon, 4:30 p.m. or 5 p.m. in remote areas.
  • FedEx Priority Overnight Saturday Delivery - $45.00/ Ships on Friday arrives Saturday. FedEx does deliver on Saturday to most locations; if you reside in a remote area that FedEx does not guarantee Saturday delivery to, you may receive your package on Monday.

Will I get a tracking number with my order?

Yes. All orders placed with us come with tracking numbers that are automatically emailed to you at the time of shipment from our facility. You will receive your tracking number the same day your package ships.

Did my order process? I did not receive a confirmation email.

If you completed your order and received an order number on the last page, your order processed successfully. However it is possible that you entered an incorrect email address or the confirmation email is in your SPAM or junk email folder. If you did not make it to the final page of checkout and receive an order number, please contact us and reference the name you used to place the order, a brief explanation, and your contact information. Our customer service department will be in contact with you to assist you.

What is MDAI Research refund policy?

You may return any package to us for a full refund under the following conditions:

  • 1. The package must be unopened and not tampered with as we cannot accept open packages back into our facility.
  • 2. The package must be returned to us within 2 weeks of your purchase date.
  • 3. The return must be a complete order as partial returns will not be accepted nor will partial refunds be issued.
  • 4. You must contact us first to get a return authorization number or your return will not be accepted.
